Volunteers needed for Newton Heights race!

Dear Membership,
Our club depends on volunteers like YOU to assist with club races, and your help is needed at our upcoming Newton Heights VCL races.
We only ask for a few hours of your time and no prior experience in needed. This is a great opportunity for you to give back to the cycling community and
help keep our club awesome! Plus, FREE DONUTS for volunteers!
Your assistance is needed on the following dates:
Wednesday June 14th
Wednesday July 5th,
Wednesday August 9th
We are seeking volunteers for the following tasks/times at each race:
5:30 - 7:30pm: 2 course marshalls (volunteer marshals do not control motor traffic but indicate to the riders if it is safe to proceed).
5:30 - 6:30pm: 2 volunteers at the sign-in table to check waivers, take payment and make sure all riders sign in before racing.
5:00 - 6:00pm: 1 volunteer for course set-up: putting out cones and signs, setting up sign-in table.
7:00 - 8:00pm: volunteers for course tear-down: collecting cones and signs.
