Bear Moutain Canada Cup

Post by WillCorbett » Tue Mar 08, 2016 10:39 am

In the interest of improving my technical skills for cyclocross I bought a mountain bike over the Christmas Holidays. After I hear that there would be a Canada Cup race in Bear Mountain I thought I might as well give it a try.

This was my first XC race and I had very low expectations. The course featured some nasty climbs a slick but not too technical.

My goal was to keep going and try not to slow down the groups that started behind me. That was fairly successful and it was an enjoyable start to the season... However I am looking forward to racing on the much smoother tarmac soon.
